At the end of last month I purchased a wing Pulse boom 6m2 with a 20% discount. This week the wing was offered with a 30% discount. At my request, Gong was kind enough to reimburse the difference I was in danger of missing through giving me a Gift Card. That is much appreciated. The quick response is especially pleasant.

Five star service this time round from Gong. In the last I've experienced a few problems with delivery, which really is out of their hands, but even then they resolved them quickly and fairly. This order though has been delivered 2 days early and in perfect condition. It was well packaged in sensible eco friendly materials that I'll be happy to recycle. Many thanks!

I left an earlier review based on my initial dealings with GONG, which was very positive. I need to up date, due to my board being damaged in transit and the customer care I received. Sophie at GONG has been incredible. I ended up collecting my replacement board from the shop on my holiday. Meanwhile, Sophie pursued my refund on import costs to the UK. She kept me up to date the whole time and ultimately secured the refund from the shipping company. Brilliant service, definitely recommend.

All great. - Online advice call to select the right gear - Shipping delayed but they did a good job to solve it - great gear. Only i wish a quick release for the foil products

Quick response and excellent service and advise! I ordered a strut bladder for mij GONG Superpower wing, but I made a mistake by ordering the wrong one (wrong year). I contacted Customer Support about this, and Jean Philippe helped me very quickly and very clear with ordering the right bladder and returning the wrong one for withdrawal. The new Gong Space Center is really worth coming and having a look inside! You could spend a whole day there, looking around, learning something about new sports and products, having a coffee or even a burger in the bar&restaurant that is integrated! The whole shop is designed with great detail, you feel like diving into another world. An unbelievable experience! If you are lucky, you could even talk to Patrice or Malo, as we did! After the visit we went wingfoiling with them and saw Malos front- and backflips as well as the fs720 live🤩😍. So if you are around somewhere in France, think about a trip to Gong - it will be totally worth it!!! Thank you to Patrice and the Gong Team for creating this new shop that is for sure the sickest surfshop I’ve ever been to!! 🎉🏄🏽‍♂️
